Ekarth Studio

At Ekarth Studio, every detail is shaped to create a sense of calm that feels natural and unforced. The space is built around the idea of slowing down where textures, materials, and light come together in quiet harmony. Bamboo and cane form the foundation of the design, bringing in warmth and an organic character that connects the indoors with the outside world. Soft fabrics and gentle tones layer the space, allowing it to feel lived-in rather than styled, comfortable rather than constructed.

The intention was not just to design a room, but to create an experience one that feels grounded, intimate, and restorative. Light filters through the woven surfaces, casting subtle patterns that change through the day, adding depth without overwhelming the space. Every element is thoughtfully placed, ensuring that nothing feels excessive and everything feels purposeful. The circular form, natural finishes, and handcrafted details work together to create a sense of flow, making the space feel both enclosed and open at the same time.

Dhiraj Home

For Dhiraj Home, we created a vertical installation that transforms light into a sculptural experience. Suspended at varying heights, each handcrafted piece brings depth and rhythm to the space turning an otherwise functional area into a striking visual focal point.

Woven with precision using natural materials, the forms diffuse light softly, casting a warm and inviting glow across the interiors. The composition is intentional yet effortless, allowing each element to stand on its own while contributing to a cohesive whole.

Silkalaya

For Silkalaya, we introduced handcrafted lighting that complements the vibrancy of the space while grounding it in warmth and texture. Suspended forms made from natural materials bring a soft, inviting glow, balancing the richness of colors and patterns within the store.

The design blends seamlessly into the retail environment, adding character without overpowering the merchandise. Each piece is thoughtfully placed to enhance the spatial experience guiding movement, highlighting key areas, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Rooted in traditional craftsmanship yet designed for a modern setting, the installation reflects a refined balance of culture and function elevating the retail space into something immersive and memorable.

Kolkatta Bungalow

For this Kolkata home, we designed a partition that balances openness with intimacy. Using a combination of structured metal framing and woven natural material, the curtain becomes more than a divider it becomes a design element that gently shapes the space.

The flowing form allows light and air to pass through while still offering a sense of separation, creating a subtle transition between areas without closing them off completely. The textures add warmth against the clean architectural lines, bringing a handcrafted softness into the interior.

It’s a quiet intervention functional yet expressive where privacy is achieved not through walls, but through thoughtful design rooted in material and movement.

Chennai Café

For this Chennai café, we designed a statement installation that moves like a continuous flow through the space. The handcrafted form winds across the ceiling, drawing the eye and creating a sense of movement that energizes the environment while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Made using natural materials, the structure diffuses light softly, casting a golden glow that enhances the dining experience. The interplay of curves, light, and texture adds depth to the space, making it feel both dynamic and intimate.
